Safety policy
Our rules for every session.
- Public places only
- In-person sessions happen only in public places, such as a public library branch. Tutors never meet students at private homes.
- Parent or guardian consent
- A parent or guardian books every session and gives consent for their student to be tutored.
- Virtual sessions
- Sessions run on Google Meet. Parents are welcome to sit in at any time.
- Communication
- Tutors schedule and communicate through the parent or guardian's email.
- Tutor screening
- Every tutor meets our grade or test-score requirements and is interviewed before they start.
- Reporting a concern
- Email info@redsprucelearning.org. We treat safety concerns as our first priority.
